I was utterly appalled by the customer service here. During check-in, the front desk agent didn't even bother to greet me, which set a terrible tone for the stay. Upon checkout, I barely received any information about the shuttle service—I felt completely ignored and unwelcome throughout my time at this hotel!

Hallways and elevators looked in need of a refresh, with some carpet stains and awkward odors that detracted from the otherwise clean aspect of the rooms. Parking proved challenging, often requiring cars to be left in neighboring lots, which wasn’t ideal after a long journey.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport North has spacious rooms that were meticulously clean, making it very comfortable. The friendly staff quickly assisted with my bags and provided delightful recommendations for dining nearby, which enhanced my stay.
